Lil’ Ricci’s NY Pizzeria Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Pizza was alright .... good enough I probably would have come back many times over the two month I will be on the job site a block away.... but.... I will never return because they didn't take my vertical utah ID....I can't believe I'm over 40 and can't have a beer with lunch even after showing state identification...what a joke.

Another local option if you live in Highlands Ranch, this pizza was better than expected. Luckily with a coupon from living social, I only paid $10 for a $20 large pizza complete with four toppings. We took out our pie but scoped the dining room and bar which were pretty small but adequate for a small crowd. The salad we ordered with the pie was haphazardly thrown together but the custom-ordered pizza turned out great. This doesn't have the atmosphere of some other pizza places in the area and you may not want to dine in, but get pie or two to go.

The good: the pizzas are always from good to very good. The garlic knots are buttery and of course full of garlic. The salads are pretty much standard as is their dressings. The service use to be problematic but in the past six months has been very good at dinner time and mid afternoon. The Bad: the tables are covered with a sticky plastic that even when clean is tacky. This is not the first restaurant that I have seen use this and I can't figure out why. It just feels dirty. Sorry about that. We go there about three times a month and are always pleased with the service and the food.

We went in for a rushed dinner at Lil' Ricci's before seeing a movie. There was a little bit of a wait going, and we were nervous that we wouldn't be seated in time to eat. The estimated 20 minute wait was about 10 minutes, and when we were being seated, we told the hostess we were in a hurry. We immediately had someone at our table to take drink orders, and then the server came to take food orders. We were really impressed by their teamwork:) My husband had never been there before, and he loved the pizza and, especially, the garlic knots. We got out of there for under $30, which is pretty good considering the amount of food that we got.

Seriously so-so and inconsistent pizza. Sometimes decent, sometimes not so good- depends on who's cooking that day, I guess. They have managed to mess up simple pizza take out orders several times now (disappointing, since, as I said, they were simple requests, like 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni). Portions on other items are also inconsistent and certainly could be larger. Have tried enough things here for a long enough period of time to decide to stick with Big Bill's. Better food and pizza all the way around, and better bang for the buck...

My husband and I enjoy going here. We will dine in or carry out about once a month. The hot wings are really good if you are wanting an appetizer. We normally order the all meat pizza (I'm not sure what the official name is) it's always fresh, hot and tasty. I always get a side salad once again always fresh, crisp and cold. The best part about the side salad is the garlic knot roll it comes with. The one negative is some nights we have waited an hour and other nights we can walk right on in.

My husband and I decided to try this place on a whim. My first impression was not very good. While the staff seemed pleasant and competent, the place was dirty and the tables sticky. The food was pretty good though. My husband's pizza was tasty and the crust was good. My calzone was slightly undercooked with a bit too much cheese, but still good. Not the best we've ever had, but definitely one of the best Littleton has to offer. Unfortunately, Littleton is seriously lacking in color.

We tried this place out for the first time, ordered a couple slices, waited, and when they were delivered to us we quickly discovered that they slices were FROZEN in the middle. That's right! A pizzeria that does not make its own pizza. Give this one a pass.

Seriously amazing Garlic Knots, homemade cheese sticks, large meaty pizzas, and salads. Their marinara & red sauces are to die for. Cheeses...did I mention the really good cheese they use?! Casual atmosphere. Very casual! Legalize Marinara T-Shirts on the staff. Very family friendly. We've tried the big place (across the street) and never went back again. Bigger isn't always better.

I've given this place a few tries and it fails to impress and is considerably below average each time. The decor is very outdated and in dire need of a re-model. The table surfaces have lost all of their finish and are pretty nasty. Today I ordered a Greek salad pita sandwich for the lunch special, what a disaster. The pita sandwich was enormous and is difficult to eat like a pita sandwich. After the first bite the pita fell apart and I ended up dumping the greek salad out into the small plate with a bed of potato chips. Who serves potato chips with a salad, especially in the same plate? They also give you a garlic knot with this interesting combination, and it was probably the worst garlic knot I've ever eaten. Just a spongy tasteless dough ball.

I'm 6 years removed from NY and Lil' Ricci's is probably the most consistently good pizza I have found in Colorado. Missing a star because they don't deliver. It's pizza, not fine dining.

lil Ricci!s/ Off Broadway, has great service on both sides, it's a great neighborhood bar/ pizzeria, I love the waitresses and it's just a chill place to go in to after work and get Drinks.

Great pizza and ice cold beer. But, the multiple times I've been to this location I haven't received the best service. I typically go during the week when the dining room is almost empty and Been made to wait a long time to get drinks and watch the food sit in the kitchen pick-up window while the staff is no where to be found. I will eat there again, but maybe just to-go orders.

In the past I enjoyed the food at the Parker location better. I'm not sure why. Kind of a ghost town when we were in; funny everyone was at Red Robin. Can't say anything about the attached bar, we didn't drop in while we were there. The service at this location was notably better than that in Parker. Food took a while to come out even though they weren't busy.

I've been to the bar inside Lil' Ricci's (Off Broadway) a couple times now and always had a great experience here. The drinks are cheap. ~$4 gets you a giant 24oz pint of a craft brew. The pizza is good. I am not a NY style pizza fan, so I ordered the calzone. It was fantastic. They did the calzone NY style, so it wasn't a hunk of bread with a little filling. It was crispy and good. The red dipping sauce was quite good as well. They also have several gluten free options on the menu, so check this place out if you are a Celiac. There is a nice little patio that we will have to come back and check out on a sunny day. It overlooks the parking lot, but eh, so do all the other patios in this shopping center. Just a cool, independent spot surrounded by the usual Highlands Ranch chains. It's our little oasis. Check it out and you'll agree...

Typically we go to a different NY-Pizza place in Highlands Ranch, but decided to give Lil' Ricci's a try. It is much closer to our house and didn't seem as crowded as the other place. On a Friday evening, around 6 PM, my family of 5 walked in. I think there were 3 other tables seated and that was it. That was unnerving. However, the staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza came out quickly and was very tasty. I'm not sure why more people weren't here. I would definitely recommend, although it's oddly pricey, not sure why. Pricey being relative. I think we got out of there for $40 including tip, still for pizza, seems a bit expensive when 3 of the eaters are kids. Will return

This is a small, fun place to eat lunch or dinner. It is one of our defaults to go to if we can't decide on something else at work for lunch. They have an awesome lunch special. You get to pick from a few dishes, and then get a soup or salad and drink. There really isn't a better deal for the price in the area. When you add in the quality of the food, it is an insane deal. Lunch time during the week is generally not too busy. My office will go and we are in and out really quick. They have plenty of televisions, so we go and watch what ever sport event/news is on. They play 70s/80s rock a lot of time, and it just has a nice feel to it. The evening/weekend can be hit or miss on how busy it will be. Sometimes we go and it is not too busy. Other times you will see the parking lot is full. There is a bar next door and a movie theater in the same parking lot. So you can expect a lot of these people are going to go in here before or after, and it does get busy. I really do think they have some of the best thick pizza in town. Their salads are always crispy and freshly made. The garlic knots are excellent. I've also tried the calzone, subs, and meatball sliders. They are all great. I really love this place.

I ate here a few times on a business trip. The hotel suggested two nearby pizza places -- Lil' Ricci's and another one that was "more gourmet". I asked if that meant they had artichokes and porcini mushrooms. "They do and it's great," the girl at the counter gushed. "Then give me directions to Lil' Ricci's," I shot back. I'm glad I found the place. It's a good, NY-style pizzeria. The calzone I ordered came out with a perfect crust, reasonably thick and chewy on the ends and crispy and almost paper thin in the center. It was filled with toppings and a dollop of ricotta cheese. Most pizzerias don't put ricotta cheese in calzones anymore. Without ricotta, it's not really a calzone, it's just a pizza folded in half. Speaking of pizza, the pizza's great, too. Heroes are a little bit of a let down. The bread tasted stale on mine. While I really enjoyed the food at Lil' Ricci's -- and that's why I'm giving it 4 stars -- I've gotta say that the ambience isn't great. Early in the week, the place was almost dead and had no energy going. Later in the week there were more customers, and classic rock playing through the loudspeakers. The bartender made a difference, too. One was a genuine bartender. The other was merely a beverage server.

Best place to get a pizza by the slice. The crust is crispy and the toppings are plentiful. They have tons of toppings to choose from and it is quick. I prefer ordering by the slice, because the crust is crispier that way. Their garlic knots are also quite amazing. Great service, drinks and people watching...enjoy.

Overall good pizza. Good wait staff and manager. This place is quick to make a carry out order or an enjoyable dining room experience for a pizza joint. It's consistantly good. What more do you want? Salads, calzones, pizza, garlic knots...

We are regulars at the Ken Caryl Lil' Ricci's but tried this one because of the livingsocial 10 for 20 deal. I will say it is not as good as Ken Caryl, don't know if it is different owners or management. We did 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, combo calzone and knots. Knots were good, but neither the pizza or the calzone was as good as KC, but still ok. The bad - my husband found a hair in the calzone. Yuck. The good, I called and they were extremely apologetic and offered new for free. I told them we weren't fishing for anything free, just figured they would want to know so they could watch for it in the future. Manager was a good guy and very apologetic and willing to fix it. We ordered take out and love the fact there is a separate door and parking. The staff was very friendly and LOVE that they checked the food and went through the order with me before sending me off. Very professional. If I didn't know how good KC Lil' Ricci's was I would probably give them another star. They lost a star for the hair, that is just gross.

Shame on the people that claim Denver does not have great pizza! Yes, the Denver area has good pizza, maybe some people do not know where to find it: The Good: (or I would say the great) the NY pizza. Thin and loaded with quality and tasty toppings. If you like Big Bill's pizza, you should like this one too. And the calzones, oh gee, one of the best I tried. Just excellent, try the meat combo calzone. The Bad: Pricing. Takes off one star. A large combo pizza is a bit over $20 bucks. I would not consider it an expensive restaurant, but I would like prices to be lower or if they had more promotions or coupons. The OK: Dinning area. Not great, but you can have a good time. Watch a game, have a beer. The Unknown: (to me) I have not tried the pasta or the desserts. Conclusion: Great pizza, but pricey. I still recommend it.

I haven't eaten enough New York-style pizza in my life to know what makes for authentic NY-style pie. Actually, I haven't eaten enough to even know if I am a fan or not. So anyway, it was with an open mind that we ordered a Ricci's Combo pizza (pepperoni, green pepper, mushroom, sausage, onion and olives; about $20 for a large). I have to say, authentic or not, I practically inhaled my half - medium-thin base, generous amount of fresh toppings (no canned mushrooms, thank god), good amount of cheese, greasy but not too greasy, nicely foldable. I really can't find anything to fault with it. My dinner salad ($3ish) was also one of the better salads I've had recently - super fresh with a nice variety of veggies, and the garlic knot was a nice addition. The only thing that could do with improvement was the service - the miserable girl that served us was sooooo slow (it took close to ten minutes for her to bring the check), and she didn't crack a smile once. So it isn't the cheapest pizza in the world, but we really enjoyed it. I'd definitely come back for a beer and a couple of slices.

I was a local out to get a craft beer and dinner in the Off Bway bar. I am over 60 but I get carded. Right out the gate here is a restaurant who does not have any faith in their employee's to tell if a customer over 60 is over 21. OK, so I let it go and order a beer and was asked if I would like to run a tab but I need to hold your credit card. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Idiots!!!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
